ZONCN, a professional global manufacturer of industrial variable frequency drives (VFDs), has officially released the brand-new T200-BF series IP66 sealed vector inverter, a tailor-made drive for constant pressure water supply, farm irrigation, wastewater treatment and all outdoor pumping scenarios. Solving the common failure issues of standard inverters exposed to rain, dust and high humidity, the T200-BF integrates high protection rating, high-torque vector performance and built-in multi-pump PID control into an all-in-one compact unit, greatly lowering installation and maintenance costs for system integrators worldwide.

The standout advantage of T200-BF lies in its industry-leading IP66 dustproof and waterproof integrated enclosure. Most traditional VFDs require additional waterproof cabinets for outdoor installation, but this series adopts a one-piece turquoise-black sealed housing with fully protected operation components. The front panel equips physical potentiometers, forward/reverse selector and main power switch without exposed gaps, matched with waterproof cable glands to block splashing water and fine dust. It stably runs in environments ranging from -10℃ to 40℃ (derating available up to 50℃), tolerates humidity below 95%RH without condensation, and withstands vibration of 0.6g. Two standardized mounting sizes cover 0.75kW–3.7kW and 5.5kW–11kW models, supporting quick wall mounting without extra brackets.
Powered by upgraded sensorless vector control algorithm, the T200-BF delivers outstanding low-speed torque for pump motors. Users can switch between open-loop vector and V/F control via parameter P0.01. G-type constant torque models output 150% rated torque at 0.5Hz, effectively eliminating low-frequency pressure fluctuation; P-type variable torque models provide stable 100% starting torque for circulation pumps. Its core electrical parameters include 0.5kHz–16kHz adaptive carrier frequency, 1:100 wide speed regulation range and ±0.5% speed stability accuracy. Built-in AVR automatic voltage regulation, fast current limiting and stall control functions effectively reduce overcurrent and overvoltage tripping caused by grid fluctuation and sudden load changes.
As a pump-specialized inverter, T200-BF embeds complete PA group intelligent multi-pump PID logic, eliminating the need for external PLC. It supports coordinated control of up to 4 pumps via Modbus master-slave communication, with full native water system functions: automatic pump adding/reducing based on operating frequency, regular pump rotation to avoid rust, PID sleep mode for energy saving and anti-freeze protection for cold areas. It also features complete fault detection including high pressure (HP), low pressure (LP), water shortage (LL) and pressure sensor disconnection (PIDE), with automatic fault reset functions after operating conditions recover.
Rich configurable I/O terminals meet diverse on-site signal demands: 6 digital inputs, dual-mode analog inputs (0–10V / 4–20mA), 2 relay outputs and 2 analog outputs, switchable between voltage and current signals through onboard jumpers. The series supports RS485 Modbus, CAN and Profinet communication. Integrators can complete one-key multi-pump parameter configuration via shortcut code PP.01 to shorten commission time, while reserved Bi/B2 terminals allow direct braking resistor wiring for high-lift pumps.
A full set of comprehensive protection mechanisms guarantees long-term stable operation, covering input/output phase loss, overcurrent, overvoltage, undervoltage, module overheating, motor overload and ground short-circuit protection. All fault codes such as OC, OH and CE are displayed on the LED screen, with detailed troubleshooting guidance recorded in the official manual. The complete 3-phase 380V power lineup ranges from 0.75kW to 11kW, with matched specifications for circuit breakers, contactors and cables provided in the wiring guide to standardize electrical layout.
The T200-BF is widely applicable to residential water supply, agricultural irrigation, municipal wastewater, mine drainage and other outdoor water projects. “Traditional split pump control solutions bring high material and maintenance costs,” said Mark Lee, Global Product Director of ZONCN. “We developed T200-BF to combine IP66 protection, vector drive and multi-pump control into one device, cutting overall project costs by 20–30% for contractors.”
All T200-BF inverters enjoy a 12-month factory warranty from the production date. ZONCN provides free technical drawings, Modbus protocol documents and global distributor technical support. Vulnerable parts like cooling fans (20,000-hour lifespan) and electrolytic capacitors (30,000–40,000-hour lifespan) have clear replacement cycles to guide regular maintenance.
